B.E.M.A.G.I.C. Guidelines and Refund Policy

Participant Guidelines for Success:

1. Please be on time and attend all scheduled Zoom sessions.
2. If you have to miss class, you can access the replay in the classroom portal on the B.E.M.A.G.I.C. School formerly Mind Magic Institute site.
3. Test your video chat equipment and Zoom app about 20 minutes before each class to make sure it’s working properly. If you have trouble contact info@bemagicschool.org.
4. Create your personalized username and password in the B.E.M.A.G.I.C. School formerly Mind Magic Institute site.
5. Contact info@bemagicschool.org if you did not receive the password or have trouble accessing your assignments.
6. All assignments must be completed before the next class.
7. Take responsibility for your own learning and ask your B.E.M.A.G.I.C. facilitator for assistance on assignments if needed.
8. Class or individual participation is mandatory in all sessions.
9. Be present and focused in all sessions and lessons.
10. Have an open mind and be available to experiment with the concepts and ideas presented.

Refund Policy:

Coaching and program fees are collected before the beginning of the coaching / facilitation program. There are NO REFUNDS. Due to the nature of the program, you cannot receive a refund for the program or any component event regardless of whether you attend the events or not. This contract is binding that the Participant agrees to pay for the program either in full or in monthly installments until the full balance is met. All funds will be deemed earned upon activation and access to the program for the CLIENT.
